FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How much will my postage be?
    Standard Delivery - Free usually sent with Royal Mail, tracked. Normally arrives within 2-3 business days. Express Delivery - £2.50 usually sent with Royal Mail, tracked. Normally arrives within 1-2 business days. For more information please check out the Shipping page.
  • When will my order be dispatched?
    All items are handmade to order and may take 2-3 days. Orders are then dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
  • Has my order been dispatched?
    When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to track its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
  • What to do if I've entered my details incorrectly?
    Please always check your order confirmation straight away. This will be emailed to you immediately after you have placed your order. Please make sure your billing, delivery and contact details are correct and get in touch straight away if any amendments are needed.
  • Can I return my order?
    Yes. I hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return the item, you may do so as long as you notify me within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging and perfect condition. Please note that returned earrings will not be resold, they will be used for photo and display purposes. Please see the Returns Policy for full terms and conditions.
  • How do I return an order
    If for any reason you wish to make a return. Please notify me within 14 days of delivery via the contact page or email kim@copperleafstudio.co.uk and return items within 30 days of delivery. I will provide you with full instructions on how and where to return your item.
  • Do I have to pay for returns?
    Yes, if you wish to return an unwanted item it will be at your own cost. Please make sure the return package is protected during transit as any items damaged due to inadequate packaging cannot be considered for a refund. For your peace of mind, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or getting proof of postage from the post office. If for any reason your parcel does not reach me, this will enable you to make a claim from royal mail. I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
  • My order arrived damaged
    I do try to package all my orders well to protect them during transit. If you do receive an item and it is damaged please inform me immediately, please keep the item and all the packaging in case its requested for a claim. I may ask for a photograph of the damaged item which will in turn make the arrangement of a replacement quicker.
