How much will my postage be?Standard Delivery - Free usually sent with Royal Mail, tracked. Normally arrives within 2-3 business days. Express Delivery - £2.50 usually sent with Royal Mail, tracked. Normally arrives within 1-2 business days. For more information please check out the Shipping page.

When will my order be dispatched?Due to the handmade nature of my products, orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. However, some items marked as "Ready to Ship" on the product page will be dispatched even faster. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that during peak times or holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer. Orders are then dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Once your handmade jewellery piece is created, packed, and dispatched, you'll get another email with shipment confirmation. This email will include a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery's progress. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you haven't received a dispatch email or tracking information within 7 days of your order, contact me at kim@copperleafstudio.co.uk with your order number. I'll promptly ensure your beautiful, unique jewellery piece reaches you as soon as possible.

What to do if I've entered my details incorrectly?If you've entered your details incorrectly while placing an order with Copperleaf Studio, don't worry! The first thing you should do is contact me as soon as possible. You can reach out via email (kim@copperleafstudio.co.uk) or through my contact form on the website. Be sure to include your order number and the correct information you'd like to update. Can I return my order?I hope you love your new jewellery. But if for any reason you wish to return an item, please get in touch via the contact page or email kim@copperleafstudio.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and return items within 30 days of delivery. Refunds do not apply to the following items: Earrings with non-removable ear wires or posts (unless faulty) for hygiene reasons. Items excluded from refunds will be clearly stated in the returns section on the product page. Please see the Returns Policy for full terms and conditions.

How do I return an order?At Copperleaf Studio, I want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade jewellery purchase. If you need to return an order, here are the simple steps to follow: 1. Please notify me within 14 days of delivery via the contact page or email kim@copperleafstudio.co.uk and return items within 30 days. I will provide you with full instructions on how and where to return your item. Include your order number and reason for the return. 2. Ensure the jewellery is in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging. 3. After receiving your return confirmation email, securely package the item and send it to the address included in that email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Copperleaf Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 4. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Do I have to pay for returns?Yes, if you wish to return an unwanted item it will be at your own cost. Please make sure the return package is protected during transit as any items damaged due to inadequate packaging cannot be considered for a refund. For your peace of mind, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or getting proof of postage from the post office. If for any reason your parcel does not reach me, this will enable you to make a claim from royal mail. I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.

Include your order number, a description of the damage, and any relevant photos of the damaged item and its packaging. This will help assess the situation quickly and accurately. 2. Upon reviewing your case, you will receive a response within 2 business days outlining the next steps. This could include a replacement, a repair, or a full refund, depending on the extent of the damage and your preference. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. 3. Please keep all original packaging, as this will be necessary for any potential returns or exchanges. If a return is necessary, full instructions will be provided on how to send the item back safely. I strive to ensure every piece from Copperleaf Studio reaches you in perfect condition, and I’m committed to making things right if it does not.
