SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Currently Copperleaf Studio only ships to the UK. All items are handmade to order and can take 2-3 days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped.

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

UK shipping options:

Standard Delivery - Free

usually sent with Royal Mail, tracked. Normally arrives in 2-4 business days.

Express Delivery - £2.50

usually sent with Royal Mail, tracked. Normally arrives in 1-2 business days.

Please note, shipping times are an estimate only and I cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries. Delivery costs will not be refunded for late deliveries.

Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

I hope you love your new jewellery. But if for any reason you wish to return an item, please get in touch via the contact page or email kim@copperleafstudio.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and return items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Include your order number, full name, address and phone number. Please also state the reason for the return, this helps improve service.

Refunds do not apply to the following items:

  • Earrings with non-removable ear wires or posts (unless faulty) for hygiene reasons. 

Items excluded from refunds will be clearly stated in the returns section on the product page.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If applicable, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
If you wish to exchange an item please return the item as above and place a new order on the website.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

For your peace of mind, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or getting proof of postage from the post office. If for any reason your parcel does not reach me, this will enable you to make a claim from royal mail. I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you decide you want to cancel your order please get in touch straight away via the contact page. Please provide your name and order number.

​

If your order hasn't been processed, it will be cancelled. If your order has been processed and dispatched please follow the return guidelines above.
